Bli i Kuq or Linden tea (Tilia argentea) helps with respiratory problems and it also, according to general (yeah, okay, internet) opinion helps calm anxiety (mostly, apparently, because – you know – tea is generally soothing). In any case, there’s a whole part of spring here when the whole world smells sweet, because the linden trees are blooming. You just WANT to walk around filling your lungs. I’m assuming this tea recaptures those moments. I gather that in the UK this tree is called “Lime” – in some typically eccentric British way, since they have nothing to do with citrus or, well (more specifically) the actual fruit called limes.
