It’s being a weird spring – sunny and warm, shirt sleeve weather one day, then suddenly snowing the next. BUT there’s been no accumulation of snow at human-habitation level, so no problem travelling to and from Valbona.
There IS a lot of snow in the mountains however, so locals predict that Valbona Pass (to Theth) probably won’t be open until late May.
